Visual Communication Degree Checklist

Objective: Create a new degree checklist for the visual communication BFA program, as well as a brochure talking about the program.

Challenge: Improve legibility and simplify wording

Solution: I cut out all repeated information, and created better visual white space. I also included bubbles to fill in so a student can indicate when they’ve completed a requirement. Type hierarchy is created with differentiation in weights, size, leading, etc.

An accompanying brochure about the program was also made for the checklist. It features faculty, classes, and needed technology for the degree. It helps prospective students learn about the program and help them decide if this is a major they might like to pursue.
